End User License Agreement for lievaj
This agreement dictates the terms of use of the font software issued by lievaj between you, the downloader/licensee, and the maker, lievaj.

By installing the font software you acknowledge to understand and promise to comply to the terms stated in this agreement.
1. PERMITTED USE
The purchase of 1 license grants up to 1 user, the right to use a copy of the font software. Copies may be made for archival purposes. This software is copyrighted and contains intellectual property information protected by law. You are not allowed to reproduce, sell, license, give away or otherwise distribute the font software in any form. However, you can transfer the font software to athird party. This includes the use as a desktop font as well as the embedding into Portable Document Format files (PDF) or web pages. It is permitted to make archival copies of the font software.

2. MULTI-USERS LICENSE AGREEMENT
If more than 1 user will be using the font software, you are required to purchase license per user.

3. MODIFICATION AND REDISTRIBUTION
The font software, its glyph shapes and underlying code may not be, as a whole or in parts, modified without permission from the maker. However, themaker will be pleased to edit a quote estimate about these modifications if you ask him. It is furthermore not allowed to extend the font software, its code or character set without permission from the maker. It is not allowed to redistribute the font software, as a whole or in parts; it is not allowed to share, package or include the font software with other software. You, the licensee, are not entitled to provide the font software for download to third parties in any way.

4. COPYRIGHT
The font software, its glyph shapes and underlying code remain exclusive intellectual property of the maker and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws in the EU and in the World.

5. DISCLAIMER
The font software is delivered “as is” without warranty of any kind. The maker of this font software is not liable for any damage (physical, financial or other) resulting from the use of the font software as well as consequences of any kind resulting from the dealings with the font software.

6. UPDATES
The maker agrees to provide licensees with free updates as the development of the font software progresses. The maker may discontinue work on font software at any time, for any reason. This agreement shall remain in effect regardless of the future plans for the font software.

7. EMBEDDING
Embedding of font software into documents, applications or internet pages is permitted using any technique, including @font-face, under the following conditions:

A. You must use the webfonts provided in your package. Linking to the full Open-Type font designed for desktop installation is prohibited
B. The webfont may only be installed on website domains that are under the direct control of the license
C. The font may only be installed into applications or software that are under the direct control of the licensee

8. TERMINATION This agreement and the attached permission of usage may be terminated — without notice — by the maker if you, the licensee, fail to comply the terms contained in this agreement.
